I am eligible for funding if:
1. I am a small and medium-sized business (SME):
a micro, small or medium-sized business or an entrepreneur (a natural person engaged in economic-commercial activities) planing to start-up an enterprise.
2. My activities are not related to any of the following:
fishery and aquaculture sector;
primary production of agricultural products;
export-related activities towards third countries or Member States, namely, directly linked to the quantities exported, to the establishment and operation of a distribution network or to other current expenditure linked to the export activity;
acquisition of freight vehicles when an undertaking performs road freight transport for hire or reward;
3. My business faces no difficulties
The available state support and investment (soft loans, guarantees, partial financing of interest, support for the first job or other) encourages to use external business financing. Business is likely to need guarantees to replace collateral or reduce the need for it in the future: more than half of SMEs (53.3 per cent) also intend to apply for a guarantee when they will be looking for external business financing. For this purpose at the moment of application for funding the business has to face no financial difficulties.
