Business Angels Co-Investment Fund is intended to finance the diversified portfolio of co-investments with business angels and other private investors made from the seed to development stage.

What is the maximum amount?
Business Angels Co-Investment Fund is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The preliminary funding amount allocated by the State equals EUR 10.23 million.
How does it work?
Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises can apply for investments directly to Business Angels Fund II, managed by Arvydas Strumskis, Daiva Rakauskaitė and Jacek Blonski. Enterprises will be able to attract investments up to EUR 600.000 from the fund itself with an additional investment from business angel, which in total shall not be less than 50 % of the total investment size.
