Agnė Jonaitytė-Karalienė takes on role as Head of HR Department at INVEGA

On 18 March, Agnė Jonaitytė-Karalienė joined the team of the national promotional institution Investicijų ir verslo garantijos (INVEGA)  as the Head of the HR Department. Until recently, A. Jonaitytė-Karalienė managed the HR and Infrastructure Department at Swedbank. With the addition of the new head of the HR, the team of management team at INVEGA is now complete.

Throughout her extensive career at Swedbank, A. Jonaitytė-Karalienė has held various positions including training consultant, project manager, HR business partner and head of the bank’s career centre. A. Jonaitytė-Karalienė’s competencies encompass organizational development, employee engagement, career management, mentoring, employer branding, leadership and culture development.

A. Jonaitytė-Karalienė holds a master’s degree in organisational psychology and has completed a four-year psychotherapy study at the Institute Dialogas. She is also an accredited practitioner of Gestalt in Organizations by the European Gestalt Therapy Association.Dainius Vilčinskas, CEO of INVEGA: ‘I am delighted to welcome an experienced HR manager in the field of organizational development who is joining the management team at INVEGA. With the completion of the reorganisation in 2023, INVEGA became the sole national promotional institution in Lithuania, providing state financing and creating financial instruments for business, public, and agricultural sectors.
