Industrial companies are invited to apply for the incentive financial instrument ‘POKYTIS’ (CHANGE)

Investment and Business Guarantees (Investicijų ir verslo garantijos – INVEGA) invites industrial companies to apply for the incentive financial instrument 'POKYTIS', co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

The objective of the measure is to provide financing in the form of loans for investments by business entities under the activities of the progress measures of the Programme for Economic Transformation and Competitiveness Development 2022-2030:

  1. to promote the automation of production processes and the introduction of digitalisation technologies in industrial enterprises (digitisation of industry, regions of Central and Western Lithuania);
  2. to promote the digitalisation of the business processes of enterprises creating high added value (Capital Region).

Micro, small and medium-sized industrial enterprises are eligible to apply for loans. It is planned that large industrial enterprises (SMCEs and MCEs)* will be able to apply as of 1 June 2024, provided that the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania submits an amendment for the 2021-2027 EU funds investment programme by 1 June.

The conditions for the implementation of the ‘POKYTIS’ measure are set out in the description (Lithuanian language).

The following funding is allocated for the measure:

  • EUR49.5 million for the digitisation of industrial enterprises in Central and Western Lithuania;
  • EUR 99 million for the digitisation of high value-added industries (Capital Region).

Applications can be submitted from 23 April 2024, 13:00.
Applications can be submitted until 31 March 2029, 23:59.

The call will be closed after the closure of the deadline for the submission of applications or after the amount available for the measure has been committed.

Applications are submitted to INVEGA via the electronic application system at the INVEGA website.

*An SMCE is a small medium-size capitalisation enterprise with no more than 499 employees and is not an SME. An MCE is a medium capitalisation enterprise with up to 3,000 employees, which is not an SME or an SMCE.
