Regarding the Dismissal of a Member of the Supervisory Board

The Minister of Finance, Gintarė Skaistė, has signed a decree dismissing Saulius Galatiltis from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board of UAB "Investicijų ir verslo garantijos" (INVEGA), effective June 14, 2024. Saulius Galatiltis also served on the Audit and Risk Management Committee reporting to the Supervisory Board of INVEGA.

When a member of the Supervisory Board ceases to hold office, they automatically cease to hold office in the Audit and Risk Management Committee.

The Supervisory Board is an oversight body responsible for approving the company's strategy. The Supervisory Board performs the supervisory and control functions prescribed by the Law on Companies, evaluates the functioning of internal control and risk management systems, and assesses the adequacy of internal procedures.

INVEGA's Supervisory Board consists of seven members appointed and dismissed by the Ministry of Finance, representing State of the Republic of Lithuania.

The new Supervisory Board of INVEGA, an internationally selected National Promotional Institution, began its activities in April 2023.
